Starting therapy is a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to begin. I’m glad you’re here.
I offer a safe and compassionate space where we can explore what’s going on for you - whether that’s anxiety, low mood, stress, or something else in your life. My approach is evidence-based, but also holistic: I believe that mental health is closely linked to how we care for our bodies, our relationships, and ourselves.
You're the expert on your life. My job is to walk alongside you, ask the right questions, and help you make sense of things at your own pace.
